2. Free Plan

Our Free plan provides limited access to Upsidia AI features at no cost. As this is a free service:

• No payment is required
• You may cancel or delete your account at any time
• Your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy

3. Pro Monthly Subscription

3.1 Billing Cycle

Pro monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The billing date is determined by your initial subscription date.

3.2 No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with features
• Partial or unused billing periods
• Service outages or technical issues
• Duplicate charges (these will be resolved directly with payment processor)

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro monthly subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain full Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for
• No refunds are provided for the remaining time in your billing period
• You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support
• After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
• You will not be charged again after cancellation

4. Founders Pro Plan

4.1 One-Time Payment

The Founders Pro plan is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to Pro features.

4.2 No Refunds

All Founders Pro purchases are final and non-refundable for any reason.

• Due to the nature of permanent lifetime access, we do not offer refunds
• This applies immediately upon purchase, with no grace period
• No refunds will be issued for any reason including dissatisfaction, service changes, or account deletion

4.3 No Cancellation (Lifetime Access)

The Founders Pro plan cannot be cancelled as it provides permanent access. However, you may:

• Delete your account at any time (no refund will be provided)
• Stop using the service without any recurring charges
• Request account deactivation through support

5. No Exceptions

5.1 Service Unavailability

No refunds will be provided for service outages, downtime, or technical issues, regardless of duration or impact.

5.2 Account Violations

No refunds will be provided if your account is terminated due to:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or payment chargebacks
• Abuse of service features or API limits
• Sharing account credentials or reselling access

5.3 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:

• Your account will be immediately suspended
• All access to Upsidia AI will be revoked
• Your account may be permanently banned from our service
• We will contest all chargebacks that are not due to billing errors

6. Account Reactivation

If you cancel your subscription and later wish to reactivate:

• You may resubscribe to any available plan at the current pricing
• Previous promotional rates may no longer be available
• Your historical analysis data will be retained per our data retention policy
• No credit will be given for the cancelled subscription period
